His time on the gridiron overseas has endowed him with a unique perspective on discipline and strength, which he enthusiastically imparts to every class he leads. At our gym, Andrew is known not just for his strategic workouts, but for his ability to instill confidence and resilience in our members.
Joshua Greenbaum
Coach Josh is the quintessential example of passion meeting purpose. With a Bachelor of Education degree, Josh has a huge passion for education as well as teaching. Beginning training at the age of 15 and never looking back since. His expertise lies in strength and mobility, fostering an environment where each member can discover the athlete within. Josh’s commitment to fitness is matched only by his dedication to our community, where he’s a constant force of encouragement and a mentor to aspiring athletes.
Lanny Korbee
When it comes to strength and precision, Coach Lanny is in a league of his own. With a background in Ice Hockey, he embodies the spirit of focus and the pursuit of excellence. Lanny’s approach to coaching is rooted in the belief that power is as much mental as it is physical. He is adept at crafting workouts that challenge and build both the body and the mind, pushing members to lift not only weights but also their aspirations to new heights.

Patient Cena
Now based permanently in Canada, Coach Patient brings a wealth of international experience to his fitness coaching, notably from a decade spent in Thailand. This journey into fitness began with CrossFit, evolving into a passion for powerlifting and strongman training. Coach Patient’s impressive coaching career spans over nine years, during which he has cultivated expertise in strength and conditioning, offering group classes, personal training, and online coaching. His tenure in Thailand was marked by significant accomplishments, including first-place finishes in prestigious competitions across various disciplines, showcasing his dedication and prowess in the fitness arena.
Cara Gillis
Coach Cara is a dynamic presence in the world of functional training, seamlessly integrating her extensive background in soccer into her training methodologies. With years of experience both playing and coaching soccer, she brings a unique perspective to fitness that emphasizes teamwork, strategy, and the importance of functional movement.

With a diverse sporting background that includes soccer, basketball, football, and table tennis, Moe has developed a deep understanding of the mechanics of movement and the crucial role of proprioception in achieving athletic excellence.
