HYROX is heading to the capital.
The next Canadian HYROX event will take place May 16–17, 2026 at the EY Centre in Ottawa:

This two-day event is expected to sell out fast, following the success of HYROX Toronto. Expect the same electric atmosphere—DJ, live leaderboard, pumped-up crowds, and high-performance athletes testing their limits in the sport of fitness racing.
Whether you’re racing solo, with a partner, or tackling the relay, HYROX Ottawa is your chance to throw down on the official race floor and experience the global standard in hybrid competition.

On-Site Athlete Check-In
Athletes must check in on-site 90 minutes before the first start wave of their division.
If you arrive early and want to enter the event hall, visit the Spectator Desk and show your ticket along with valid photo ID.
