HYROX combines running with functional workout stations, featuring a format where participants run 1 km followed by a functional exercise, repeated eight times.
Each race takes place indoors in spacious exhibition halls, offering an immersive and energetic experience where spectators can cheer you on from start to finish!
This consistent race format is recognized worldwide, allowing for global leaderboards and a cumulative World Championship at the end of each season.
HYROX caters to both professional athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts aiming to elevate their training, making it an inclusive sport for everyone!
The Race Format
8 kilometers of running + 8 functional exercise zones

Challenge Yourself
We want to give our clients an additional motivating purpose to train when they are in the gym! HYROX will give you inspiration to push harder when you come to class because you have a fitness challenge you are preparing for.
The best part about HYROX is that it is for everyone. There is nothing we do at a HYROX Event that we don’t do in class!
Each one of the 8 HYROX Zones is based on functional movements that don’t require any specific training or education to complete.
Benchmark Your Fitness
HYROX events are not just a competition, they are a milestone of your fitness journey. In the same arena, on the same day, using the exact standards, every level of fitness can come together and celebrate fitness.
Having an event on your calendar can be a game changer for your motivation – now you’re not exercising anymore, you’re training with a purpose!
