A HYROX race alternates 8 x 1 km runs with 8 functional workouts combined into a circuit that’s both challenging and fun. To win a HYROX race, participants must compete for the best overall time.
To thrive on race day, every athlete must be prepared for heavy cardio and strength conditioning.

HYROX was designed to accommodate all participants and 99% of our athletes reach the finish line! With different divisions and sub-divisions, there is a race for everyone out there. HYROX SINGLES
Take on the standard HYROX for a challenging but achievable race for everybody and every BODY. Sub-divisions include Open Men, Open Women, Pro Men, and Pro Women
HYROX DOUBLES
Find a partner and take on the challenge as a pair, running together but splitting the workload of the exercises. Sub-divioons include: Open Men, Open Women, Open Mixed, Pro Men, and Pro Women
HYROX RELAY
Perfect for gyms, corporates, and friends, split the runs and zones equally between 4 people for the fastest and most accessible version of the race. Sub-divisions include: Open Men, Open Women, and Open Mixed

Can I train for HYROX even if I’m not competing?
Absolutely! Hyrox training improves overall fitness, combining strength, stamina, and endurance. It’s an excellent way to challenge yourself and stay in shape, even if you’re not planning to compete.
What equipment do I need for HYROX training?
Our gym has all the essential equipment for HYROX training, including:
- SkiErgs
- Rowers
- Sleds and weights
- Wall balls
- Kettlebells and dumbbells
- Sandbags
We recommend comfortable running shoes and workout gear for both running and strength exercises.
What is the difference between HYROX and CrossFit?
While both involve functional fitness, HYROX is a standardized fitness race, meaning every event follows the same format. CrossFit includes varied workouts and competitive events that change regularly. HYROX focuses on endurance and consistency across a fixed set of movements.
How long does a HYROX race take to complete?
