Our Journey
Resilience started in a field at Monarch Park in 2014. At that time, all we had was a dream and a few dumbbells. From these humble beginnings, we built a community—one rep, one class, and one breakthrough at a time.
What began as outdoor workouts quickly grew into something bigger: a training philosophy rooted in grit, accountability, and pushing beyond limits. Over the years, we evolved, opening two gym locations, coaching hundreds of athletes, and pioneering hybrid training before it even had a name.
Today, Resilience is more than a gym. It’s a mindset, a movement, and a proving ground for anyone ready to test their limits. Whether you’re chasing personal bests or preparing for HYROX, this is where you get stronger—physically and mentally.



What Is Hybrid?
Hybrid training combines strength, endurance, and functional movements to develop well-rounded fitness. It blends weightlifting, cardio, and high-intensity exercises for improved performance across multiple disciplines. This approach is ideal for athletes preparing for events like Hyrox, OCR, or general functional fitness.

How We Do It
For over a decade, we’ve been blending strength, endurance, and functional fitness. We’ve been doing this since before “hybrid training” even had a name. Our signature programs have been battle-tested, refined, and proven to build athletes who can go the distance and dominate every challenge.
We bring this to life through HYROX simulations, pushing you to race-ready intensity, and the Resilience HYROX League, where you test, measure, and compete alongside a driven community. This isn’t just training—it’s a proving ground.
