Introducing HYROX Training Club
Join our HYROX Training Club every Wednesday and Sunday to get race-ready with official HYROX workouts. Build the strength, endurance, and fitness you need to compete in a real HYROX Race. These high-intensity workouts replicate the HYROX experience including the core exercises like sled pushes, sled pulls, rowing, and broad jump burpees, all paired with high-intensity cardio intervals.

Each of our fitness classes incorporates 5 main elements and has been carefully designed by fitness experts with over 10 years of experience in exercise program design
STRENGTH
Strength exercises put an emphasis on building your overall strength and power, while also providing hypertrophy-based training on specific muscle groups to help you sculpt and grow those areas
ENDURANCE
Endurance exercises focus on building your cardiovascular capabilities. They are designed to help strengthen your heart and increase your stamina
INTENSITY
High intensity exercises are designed to push you to your limits. These exercises focus on quick bursts of energy, helping you burn lots of calories as compared to lower intensity exercises.
CORE
Core exercises target the abs, obliques, lower back, and glutes, which are all key muscles in achieving good posture and stability. Strengthening your core is key to improving your performance in all aspects of life

Through a combination of strength, balance, and coordination exercises, you will develop higher awareness of your body
