Known for his ability to connect with members, he brings an energy that inspires and motivates every session. As co-founder and head coach of Resilience, Andrew designs all of our workouts and oversees the vision, evolution, and delivery of our on-field training.

His expertise lies in strength and mobility, fostering an environment where each member can discover the athlete within. Josh’s commitment to fitness is matched only by his dedication to our community, where he’s a constant force of encouragement and a mentor to aspiring athletes.

Cara is driven by creating an environment where clients feel valued, heard, and motivated to stay consistent.
As General Manager, Cara is focused on keeping Resilience running at the highest standard possible while making sure every member has the best experience, the best results, and a true sense of belonging inside the Resilience community.

His coaching emphasizes helping members develop both the physical performance they want, and the mental resilience to attain it.

Robbie Zicari

Certified Personal TrainerCertified HYROX FoundationsCoaches Strength-U, GAINZCoach Robbie is a certified personal trainer (NASM) and a Level 2 Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Professional at Mill Run Golf Club. A graduate of Bryan College’s Health and Fitness program with honours, he combines expertise in golf-specific training with a background in bodybuilding, including a 1st place finish in his weight class at the 2015 Ontario championships. Robbie focuses on proper body mechanics and movement patterns to help clients reach their individual goals.

Nikki Plante

Coach Nikki fell in love with fitness during COVID and never looked back. What started as a personal commitment quickly turned into a deep passion for training, growth, and helping others discover what they’re capable of. She brings high energy, positivity, and purpose into every session.
She is deeply passionate about coaching, constant improvement, and taking on new challenges. Very active in HYROX and running, Nikki understands what it means to train with intention, stay disciplined, and push beyond perceived limits — and she brings that mindset to every athlete she works with.
Currently a leader in lululemon running programs, Coach Nikki is focused on building confident, capable athletes through smart programming, supportive coaching, and an environment that inspires long-term consistency, performance, and resilience.

Meron’s approach is dynamic, engaging, and purpose-driven—creating an environment where clients work hard, stay motivated, and genuinely enjoy the process. Shyla Davenport

Coach Shyla brings a strong passion for teaching, learning, and leadership into every session. With a Bachelor of Education, she understands how people learn best and how to coach with clarity, patience, and purpose — creating an environment where athletes feel confident and supported as they grow.
She is a dedicated HYROX and strength coach, focused on helping athletes build real strength, improve performance, and move with intention. Shyla blends technical coaching with encouragement and accountability to help every athlete reach their potential.
In addition to coaching at Resilience, Shyla also trains aspiring personal trainers at GoodLife, helping them prepare for and earn their CanFit Pro certification — further reflecting her commitment to developing both athletes and future coaches.

With more than nine years of experience, he specializes in group classes, personal training, and online coaching. Patient’s background spans CrossFit, powerlifting, and strongman—earning first-place finishes in multiple competitions.

Jazz Lindsey

With a background in collegiate football at the University of Guelph, Jazz brings a quarterback’s mindset to every session — disciplined, focused, and built for performance. He understands what it means to prepare with purpose, lead under pressure, and consistently show up to put the work in.
He specializes in athletic training and lifting, with a strong focus on building real, usable strength. His coaching philosophy is simple: train with intent, move well, and get stronger in ways that translate to both sport and everyday life. Whether someone is an experienced athlete or stepping into training for the first time, Jazz believes everyone has the ability to move better, feel stronger, and perform at a higher level.
Training with Jazz is about developing strength that lasts, building confidence through movement, and creating habits that support long-term performance, resilience, and longevity.

Jada Singh

With a background in varsity-level lacrosse and years of hands-on coaching, I bring an athlete’s mindset to every session. I know what it means to grind, to push past limits, and to keep showing up—even when it’s hard.
I specialize in functional training, HYROX prep, and athletic performance. My coaching philosophy is simple: get 1% better every day. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, I believe everyone has an athlete inside them—and movement is a lifelong game.
Training with me is about building strength that lasts, moving with purpose, and showing up for your body in ways that support both performance and longevity.

Julia Listro

Coach Julia comes from a competitive soccer background. Growing up as an athlete instilled the value of fitness, consistency, and mental toughness. Leading by example on and off the field has driven her to help others discover their athletic potential through coaching.
As a certified personal trainer and fitness class instructor since 2020, she coaches with a focus on hybrid training and HYROX-style conditioning. Her approach is centered on building a strong athletic foundation that supports performance, confidence, and longevity, within a community that supports, challenges, and cheers one another all the way to the finish line.

Vlad Zamrii
Coach
Coach Vlad is a multidisciplinary coach with experience working with youth, adult clients, and competitive sports teams, including leading off-season conditioning for athletic programs. His coaching style blends hands-on athletic experience with a strong foundation in safety, education, and functional movement.
With a background in boxing, long-distance running, and current training for Spartan and Tough Mudder–style events, Vlad is deeply passionate about functional fitness that carries over into real life. His experience as a Certified First Aid Instructor and graduate of a professional firefighting academy shapes his focus on resilience, preparedness, and practical strength.
Vlad’s goal is to help clients build confidence, strength, and capability that supports both daily life and athletic performance. He is currently returning to university to complete his Bachelor of Education and is passionate about combining his love of teaching with high-quality coaching.
