Known for his ability to connect with members, he brings an energy that inspires and motivates every session. As co-founder and head coach of Resilience, Andrew designs all of our workouts and oversees the vision, evolution, and delivery of our on-field training.

His expertise lies in strength and mobility, fostering an environment where each member can discover the athlete within. Josh’s commitment to fitness is matched only by his dedication to our community, where he’s a constant force of encouragement and a mentor to aspiring athletes.

Guided by the belief that “all you have to do is show up,” a motto he lives by from the Resilience Durham wall, Dexter approaches every day with enthusiasm and a willingness to try new things. With several years of coaching experience, Dexter is proud to be part of the Resilience team, where he takes great pride in motivating others and helping them achieve their fitness goals through dynamic, high-energy workouts.

A graduate of Bryan College’s Health and Fitness program with honours, he combines expertise in golf-specific training with a background in bodybuilding, including a 1st place finish in his weight class at the 2015 Ontario championships. Robbie focuses on proper body mechanics and movement patterns to help clients reach their individual goals.
