This class will test your max-effort by challenging you with short, explosive intervals with quick rest periods. Expect your entire body to be tested with compound movements, sprints, agility ladders, sleds & more! Participants can expect to develop strength, cardio and power.

A 45 minute low impact, high intensity class designed to strengthen your core and sculpt your lower body. Focusing on all aspects of the core, from abdominal, obliques, glutes and posterior chain.

Get ready to feel the BURN!

This is an online class designed to build up your upper and lower body strength! Expect to feel the pump with supersets, and a lot of volume and reps to really target your muscles and push them to their limits!

We advised that you have a pair of dumbbells handy when doing this class. Lets go!

This is a class designed to slow you down and focus on your recovery. It is so important to treat our bodies right by giving them a chance to recover. In this class we will be spending time stretching, and going over functional movement patterns to help you move better, feel better, and prevent injury.

Expect to feel loose and relaxed after this class!

The Daily-30 is a mix of cardio and strength jam packed into a very efficient and intense 30 minutes. 

Expect very short breaks and high intensity to get the best bang for your buck!

This is a class designed to work on your coordination, balance, explosiveness, agility and everything in between. Expect to work on your footwork in a ladder, test your explosiveness, work on your hand eye coordination, and sweat a ton! Everyone is an athlete!
