The East York location is open daily for morning, afternoon and evening classes. For specific class times, consult the East York schedule here: https://resiliencefitness.ca/schedule/
Our grand opening runs from Saturday October 18 to Sunday Oct 19. Our regular group training will begin on Monday Oct 20.
We offer fitness assessments and HYROX simulation sessions to track your progress. This includes mock races, timed workouts, and personalized feedback.

Times vary based on fitness levels, but most participants finish in 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Elite athletes can complete the race in under an hour.

Julia Listro
Coach
Coach Julia comes from a competitive soccer background. Growing up as an athlete instilled the value of fitness, consistency, and mental toughness. Leading by example on and off the field has driven her to help others discover their athletic potential through coaching.
As a certified personal trainer and fitness class instructor since 2020, she coaches with a focus on hybrid training and HYROX-style conditioning. Her approach is centered on building a strong athletic foundation that supports performance, confidence, and longevity, within a community that supports, challenges, and cheers one another all the way to the finish line.

Vlad Zamrii
Coach
Coach Vlad is a multidisciplinary coach with experience working with youth, adult clients, and competitive sports teams, including leading off-season conditioning for athletic programs. His coaching style blends hands-on athletic experience with a strong foundation in safety, education, and functional movement.
With a background in boxing, long-distance running, and current training for Spartan and Tough Mudder–style events, Vlad is deeply passionate about functional fitness that carries over into real life. His experience as a Certified First Aid Instructor and graduate of a professional firefighting academy shapes his focus on resilience, preparedness, and practical strength.
Vlad’s goal is to help clients build confidence, strength, and capability that supports both daily life and athletic performance. He is currently returning to university to complete his Bachelor of Education and is passionate about combining his love of teaching with high-quality coaching.

Shyla Davenport
Coach
Coach Shyla brings a strong passion for teaching, learning, and leadership into every session. With a Bachelor of Education, she understands how people learn best and how to coach with clarity, patience, and purpose — creating an environment where athletes feel confident and supported as they grow.
She is a dedicated HYROX and strength coach, focused on helping athletes build real strength, improve performance, and move with intention. Shyla blends technical coaching with encouragement and accountability to help every athlete reach their potential.
In addition to coaching at Resilience, Shyla also trains aspiring personal trainers at GoodLife, helping them prepare for and earn their CanFit Pro certification — further reflecting her commitment to developing both athletes and future coaches.
