Personal Training FAQs
What happens after I book a call with Josh?
You’ll hop on a quick, no-pressure chat. Josh will get a feel for where you’re at, what you’re hoping to achieve, and help you figure out the right plan (and trainer) for your goals. You don’t need to have it all figured out beforehand—we’ll guide you.
What if I don’t know which training pack is right for me?
Totally normal. That’s exactly what the call is for. We’ll talk through your goals, schedule, and budget to help you pick the plan that makes the most sense. No pressure to commit on the spot.
Do Training Packs expire?
Nope. Your training packs never expire. Use them when it works for you. Life gets busy—we get it.
What if I don’t click with my trainer?
We always do our best to match you with the right coach from day one. But if it’s not the right fit, no stress—we’ll pivot and pair you with someone who’s a better match. You’re not stuck.
Is there a refund policy?
We don’t offer a money-back guarantee for personal training, but we’re committed to making it work for you. That means getting you the right coach, the right plan, and the support you need to feel good about your decision.
Can I do Foundations first and then switch to a pack?
Absolutely. A lot of people start with Foundations to get moving again, then transition into a training pack once they feel ready. Your coach can help you make that jump when the time is right.
Do I have to train at a certain time or location?
Nope. Sessions are flexible and booked based on what works best for you and your trainer. We’ll help you find a setup that fits your schedule.
