Heads up, GTA fitness buffs, are you ready to put your HYROX training to the test? Resilience Fitness is excited to announce our first HYROX Simulation Event! Hosted at the Village Center in Ajax, ON, this one-of-a-kind event will take place on Sept 14, 2024.
Get Race Ready With Our Half-ROX Simulation
If you’re prepping for HYROX Toronto in October, our Half-Rox can help. It will build your confidence and assess your performance. Our state-of-the-art facility simulates the intensity and thrill of HYROX in practice. It lets you test your endurance and skill in a real HYROX setting.
How It Works
Our event will follow the official HYROX race format but with a twist: a Half-HYROX. It consists of 8 x 500m runs and 50% of the full HYROX reps. This means you’ll do the same zones and workouts as in the full race, but at half the intensity. It’s perfect for testing your skills without the same physical toll.
The Half Rox Simulation Format:
- 500m run
- 500m ski
- 500m run
- 25m sled push
- 500m run
- 25m sled pull
- 500m run
- 40m burpee broad jump
- 500m run
- 500m row
- 500m run
- 100m farmer’s carry
- 500m run
- 50m lunges
- 500m run
- 50 wall balls
