Rush
Rush will test your max-effort by challenging you with short, explosive intervals with quick rest periods. Expect your entire body to be tested with compound movements, sprints, agility ladders, sleds & more! Participants can expect to develop strength, cardio and power. Bring on the sweat!

SHRED is designed to challenge your cardiovascular fitness while simultaneously strengthening and stabilizing your core muscles for improved performance and overall health.
Survivor
SURVIVOR combines the proven effectiveness of barbell training with high-intensity conditioning to deliver a complete fitness experience that leaves you feeling stronger, fitter, and more empowered!

Hey, Josh and Andrew here. Were two lifelong friends with a simple idea: to build a community where people could find strength in themselves and in each other.
We started Resilience in our local park with just a few dumbbells, and a handful of people who wanted to get stronger and healthier in a community setting.
Today, Resilience is more than a gym. It’s a place where members show up for each other, push their limits, and celebrate progress together.
